1. Transparent Display of Prices

All product prices at Qiraat Gallery are clearly displayed on the product listing and product detail pages of our website. The price you see is the price you pay for the product — there are no surprises at checkout.

2. No Hidden Charges

We do not add any hidden fees, processing charges, or surprise costs to your order. Any applicable charges — such as shipping — will be clearly communicated to you before or at the time of checkout, as detailed in our Shipping Policy. What you see is what you pay.

3. Advance Payment Requirement

As each piece is uniquely crafted to order, all purchases require a 75% advance payment to confirm and begin production. The remaining balance is due before dispatch. Full details are available in our Return & Refund Policy.

4. Pricing for Customised Products

Many of our pieces can be tailored to your specific requirements — including size, finish, material, colour, and design details. Because every customisation is unique, the final price for a customised order may vary from the base price shown on the website and will depend on:

  • The specific dimensions or size requested.
  • The materials and finishes chosen (e.g., wood type, paint, polish).
  • The complexity of the design or level of detail involved.
  • Any special engraving, carving, or artistic work requested.
  • The quantity of units ordered (bulk orders may attract different rates).

For all customised orders, we will provide you with a full, itemised price quote before any payment is taken or production begins. You are under no obligation to proceed until you have accepted the quoted price in writing (via WhatsApp or email).

5. Price Changes

Qiraat Gallery reserves the right to update or adjust product prices on the website at any time to reflect changes in material costs, market conditions, or business requirements. However, once an order has been confirmed and the advance payment received, the agreed price will not change for that order.

6. Currency

All prices displayed on our website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated. For international customers, we recommend confirming the final price and payment method with us directly via WhatsApp or our contact page.
