Return & Refund Policy

Please read our return and refund policies for items purchased from Qiraat Gallery.

1. Advance Payment Policy

All orders require a 75% advance payment to confirm processing, as each piece is uniquely crafted. This advance payment is strictly non-refundable if you decide to cancel your order once production has started.

2. Order Cancellations

Orders are considered confirmed once the 75% advance payment is received. Strictly no cancellations are allowed once the order has been confirmed, as materials are immediately procured and the production process begins.

3. Dispatch & Quality Confirmation

Before we dispatch your order, we will contact you via WhatsApp and send clear photos and/or videos of the finished product. This is to ensure you are 100% satisfied with the craftsmanship before it leaves our studio.

4. Dispatch & Liability

Once you have approved the product via WhatsApp photos/videos and it has been handed over to the delivery rider or courier company, we are no longer responsible for it. Qiraat Gallery will not be held liable for any damage that occurs during delivery or afterward.

5. Returns Due to Changing Minds

Because our products are artisanal and often custom-made, we do not accept returns or offer refunds if you simply change your mind. Please review product details and photos carefully before purchasing.

6. Order Abandonment

Once we notify you that your order is ready, you have exactly 10 days to collect the item from our Studio or receive the delivery. If the item is not collected/received within 10 days, we no longer take responsibility for the condition of the artwork, and no refunds will be provided.

7. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed via Bank Transfer or your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
