These terms and conditions govern your use of Qiraat Gallery and explain what you can expect when shopping with us.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian to place orders on our site. All users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information.
2. Orders and Payments
All orders are subject to availability. Prices and product availability may change without notice. We accept the payment methods displayed on the checkout page and reserve the right to cancel any order that cannot be fulfilled.
3. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated separately and will be communicated to the customer via WhatsApp and email once their order is completed and ready. For customers in Karachi, a flat shipping fee of Rs. 1,000 applies (free for orders of Rs. 170,000 or more). For customers outside Karachi — including other cities, provinces, or countries — shipping will be calculated per order based on the courier service used (e.g., Leopards, TCS, DHL, FedEx).
4. Order Collection & 10-Day Policy
Important: Once your order is ready, you will be notified via WhatsApp and email. You will then have 10 days from the date of notification to collect your order or arrange delivery. If the order is not collected or delivery is not arranged within this 10-day window, Qiraat Gallery will not be held responsible for the order, and no refund will be issued.
5. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are managed according to our store policies. Please contact us if an item arrives damaged or does not meet your expectations. Note that once an order has been placed, the advance payment is non-refundable.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Qiraat Gallery or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qiraat Gallery is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products purchased. This includes orders that are not collected within the 10-day notification period.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes indicates your acceptance of the revised terms. Please check this page regularly for updates.
