Shipping Policy

Information on how we package, dispatch, and deliver your unique pieces.

1. Shipping Coverage & Locations

Our studio is based in Karachi, Pakistan. We ship and deliver items primarily across Pakistan using trusted transport and logistics partners. International shipping is handled on a case-by-case basis—please contact us before ordering if you live abroad.

2. Order Processing Time

Because our items are handcrafted and often made to order, our production time usually takes 15-30 business days depending on the complexity of the piece. You will be kept informed of your order's progress.

3. Delivery Charges & Free Shipping

Our delivery charges depend heavily on your location and the total value of your order.

  • Karachi Orders (Above PKR 170,000): You qualify for Free Shipping within Karachi.
  • Karachi Orders (Below PKR 170,000): The customer is responsible for paying the delivery charges directly to the delivery rider or courier upon receiving the item.
  • Outside Karachi & International Orders: Because our products vary greatly in size and weight, shipping costs for locations outside Karachi, outside Sindh, or outside Pakistan will not be calculated at checkout. Instead, the shipping method during checkout will display as "Calculated Post-Order (Paid When Ready)". The exact shipping charges will be calculated after your order is placed, and we will inform you of the cost before your order is dispatched.

4. Dispatch & Transit Liability

Before dispatching, we will send you photos and videos of your product via email and WhatsApp. We take extreme care in packaging your items. However, once the package is handed over to the delivery rider or courier company, Qiraat Gallery is no longer responsible for it and will not be held liable for any damages that occur during transit.

5. Self-Collection

You are welcome to personally collect your items from our studio in Karachi. Once we notify you that processing is complete, you must collect it within exactly 10 days. If not collected, we accept no responsibility for the item afterwards.
