All orders and pricing are discussed and confirmed directly via WhatsApp or phone call. Product availability and details may change without notice.

All orders require a 75% advance payment to confirm and begin production, as each piece is uniquely handcrafted. If an order is cancelled after the advance payment has been made, this payment is non-refundable.

Many of our pieces can be tailored to your specific requirements — including size, finish, material, colour, and design details. Because every customisation is unique, the final price for a customised order may vary and will depend on:

• the specific dimensions or size requested;
• the materials and finishes chosen (e.g., wood type, paint, polish);
• the complexity of the design or level of detail involved;
• any special engraving, carving, or artistic work requested;
• the quantity of units ordered (bulk orders may attract different rates).

We'll always confirm the final price with you via WhatsApp or email before any payment is taken.

Before we dispatch your order, we will contact you via WhatsApp and send clear photos and/or videos of the finished product. This is to ensure you are 100% satisfied with the craftsmanship before it leaves our studio.

Because our products are artisanal and often custom-made, we do not accept returns or offer refunds if you simply change your mind after the product is complete or delivered. Please review product details and photos carefully before purchasing, and use the pre-dispatch approval step above to confirm you're happy with the finished piece.

Once your order is ready, you will be notified and should collect or receive your product right away. If we don't hear back from you and the order remains uncollected for 10 days after notification, Qiraat Gallery will no longer be responsible for the order.

You're welcome to collect your order yourself from our studio in Karachi. Our location is available on the map on our Contact page.

Since our products are handcrafted, production typically takes 15–30 business days depending on the product and its complexity. We'll keep you informed of progress.

Our studio is based in Karachi, Pakistan. We ship and deliver items primarily across Pakistan using trusted transport and logistics partners. International shipping is handled on a case-by-case basis — please contact us before ordering if you live abroad.

Once you have approved the product via WhatsApp photos/videos and it has been handed over to the delivery rider or courier company, we are no longer responsible for it. Qiraat Gallery will not be held liable for any damage that occurs during delivery or afterward.
